During our stay at this lodge overlooking the beautiful lake in Tattershall, we found it to be a peaceful and comfortable retreat. the lodge had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. the sitting area was cozy, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the garden furniture provided. the kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, as well as an electric kettle for our convenience. Although we didn't take advantage of the on-site amenities such as the sauna, swimming pool, or jacuzzi, we spent our days enjoying the stunning views from the terrace and soaking in the sunshine. Overall, the value proposition of this lodge was excellent, offering a balance of cost and luxury. We highly recommend this location for a peaceful getaway, especially for those who appreciate military aircraft as they train nearby. As an American expat living in England, this lodge perfectly encapsulated my love for both peaceful surroundings and military history.
